Good discussion with @GauravRayRC, @UN Resident Coordinator in Bhutan on our work across the @UN system to support the country’s digitalization efforts, including in the areas of emergency telecommunications and cybersecurity, and to strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders at national level on digital development.
What does it take to turn ambition into action?
That’s what I discussed today with Mr. @GauravRayRC , @UN Resident Coordinator in Bhutan, to understand 🇧🇹’s priorities and development goals— from job creation and strengthening livelihoods to improving #education, #healthcare and #sustainability.
#Switzerland and #Bhutan have built a strong partnership over the years through infrastructure, public initiatives, and regular exchanges. Today, we explored how further collaboration, including in cultural projects, can naturally extend and deepen these ties.
