I have purchased Titan watch product no 95291SM01 from Titan store M5 mall Electronic City, Bengaluru on 25th Nov’25.
After 3 days of usage, we have observed multiple scratches

@titanwatches @titanwatches , we have already visited Titan store in M5 mall Electronics city Blr, multiple times. They have collected our watch on 4th of Dec’25 and so far no response. We visited store multiple times asking the status and we didn’t receive any proper reply

My 1st Watch is from Titan and for me Titan is not just a watch, its an emotion but now I really doubt the quality and customer service of Titan.

I paid 10k for this watch around 1.5months back and wore it for only 3 days.
