I had purchased a refrigerator having below details:
Model No. : CNV 455 Alpha Steel 3S
Invoice No. : SLW/SA1920/08050
Invoice Date: 22 Jan 2020
Place: West Bengal

The issue was with cooling and a complaint was lodged with Whirlpool customer care

Please note the fridge has been purchased from RAIPUR ELECTRONICS, SALKIA, KOLKATA
and the executive to whom we have been speaking is Ria- [phone]. Extremely rude and very bad service quality provider.
Please resolve this as this has been pending since last 2 weeks
