However, there is an issue with the "Vehicle Sub Type" for which Ticket ID PB3103787219 has already been raised, and the relevant documents have been submitted. Kindly update the same at the earliest.
@policybazaar As requested again, have attached copy of the RC (front & back), along with the RC in video and a copy of the RC from Digilocker.
All these documents have been sent via WhatsApp to +91 85060 13131 & emailed to [email protected] for your reference.
@policybazaar Yesterday, after the video inspection, I was asked to upload the RC, which I sent via WhatsApp at 12:15 PM yesterday.
However, today at 7:41 PM, I received the same request again for the RC.
@ACKOSupport I have spoken to Garage Executive now. Car is ready. But the required billing approvals haven't been given yet. So that the final bill be created and the rest of the process be completed.
Please look into the matter.
@ACKOSupport Promises of giving the required approvals were done on Tuesday, that it will be done on Wednesday.

@ACKOSupport Later the survey was done again due to this issue.
At first, I had a different claims handler, later after pickup there was a different person.
For every message sent, I am getting a reply almost after a day. (2/3)

After which it has been more than a week, still the work hasn’t started.
There is co-ordination whatsoever. The surveyor & the garage person were clueless of what had happened & had to explain them again. (1/3)
