My order pickup was scheduled for 4th March, but no one has come to pick it up till now. Every single day it is being postponed to the next day.

This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Because of this negligence, my order is at risk of SLA breach and cancellation, which is entirely due to the delivery partner’s failure.
