Train #18624 is running kind of local with locals without tickets jamming entire train.. no space to go for washroom even as people have filled the entire space.. all are without ticket giving dent to economy and creating problem to 1 with tickets

No one is concerned about customer in Bihar I guess. Still no resolution have been provided stating no fat is empty.
Local guys are not supportive at all.
My 3k INR is with Airtel in name of new Fibre connection.

Ur guys in Bihar are taking it personally if customer writes it over mail that bhaiya payment kt gya hai av tk kaam nhi hua. they discontinued my black connection right after my mail. a customer is paying u for service and this is what they get in return. 0 complaints
