@vRane4U @Infosys_GSTN @GST_Council @cbic_india HSN errors are due to non-recognised/non-existent hsn codes. They have added for that check when importing in 3.2.2. You can try correct one and retry importing again. These fixes solved for me. Let me know if my solution worked.

Ticket system is totally useless. They never understand the problem. Fix is this: write date in 'dd-mmm-yyyy (with apostrophe). & format be 'General'

I tried all combinations of date formats and even a single entry of simple amount is not accepted in offline tool.
