@T_Kentara @trekonlinegame I pay for zen too. Just yesterday I bought £65 worth. It’s still a free game. People choose to pay money into it. Yes, I get that’s what helps keeps the game going, hence why I buy zen with actual money when I can, rather than convert dilithium.

@JennieGow Back in 1993, my dad and I were at snetterton circuit in Norfolk Uk watching a classic car race. We met Martin Donnelly in the pits. Later in the afternoon, Lotus were testing the 107B, we were greeted by Alex Zanardi, had a chat with him and watched him do a few laps.

I completely understand that computer glitches happen, I’m not annoyed by that. I’m annoyed by the fact that I’ve had no contact after replying to your email as instructed to. Can this please be sorted out?

@Xbox so try to buy a £64.99 add on (in game credits) on Monday eve. I press buy, screen comes up saying ‘oops,something went wrong’. So I try twice more, both times getting the same response screen. So I think ‘I’ll try again later’. I log into the game….

Long story short. I’ve been charged nearly £195 after being told on screen that something went wrong. And no contact after the decision email. My question is, what going on? I expected a big company to be on the ball with things like this.
