Great to have breakfast with @ConventionofEv1 who leads @WEAnews. Wonderful to hear stories of what the Lord’s doing globally & to consider how we at @EAUKnews can play our part beyond our shores too. A joy to meet, share & pray with the WEA International Council afterwards too.
Happy Pentecost Sunday. Today we celebrate the birth of the church. By no means perfect, but serving communities everywhere & making Jesus known. Praying for a fresh outpouring of the Spirit & for a new move of God throughout the UK. Happy birthday church!
Have loved meeting, listening, sharing & eating with @EAUKnews church leaders in Manchester & Liverpool yesterday & Chester today. Fantastic to hear what’s going on locally & so many incredible stories of the Lord moving powerfully. Heading home with such a thankful heart
Not the best FA Cup final but amazing to see the match winner, Antoine Semenyo, falling to his knees to pray & give God the glory at the final whistle. So incredible to see what the Lord is doing in football & I so love the public witness of so many players.
Today’s the biggest round of elections since 2024. In Scotland & Wales votes are taking place for parliaments & in England for local councils. I’m praying for those standing, those serving & for the right outcome for the least & the lost. Please join me in praying today 🙏
So excited about our upcoming @EAUKnews northwest church leader gatherings on May 19th & 20th. Looking forward to meeting, listening, sharing & eating with leaders in Manchester, Liverpool & Chester. Do sign up here for free & join us if you can https://t.co/QdGs9vTCjT
So looking forward to the next two days in Wales spending time listening, sharing & enjoying fellowship with @EAUKnews church leaders in Cardiff, Swansea & Old Colwyn. Praying for the days ahead for the church here. The history is wonderful but may the future be even more amazing
The House of Lords has had its final debate on this bill, & there’s no time for it to pass. Grateful for answered prayers after a long journey, & for our @EAUKnews advocacy team who worked tirelessly, meeting many MPs. It may return—but today, I thank Jesus it has not become law.
‘God saw all that he had made, and it was very good’ Genesis 1:31. What a beautiful morning. So great to be away on a 24hr retreat with friends. We’ve been doing this together for just about 20yrs. Such a joy to pray together, share deeply & cheer each other on.
Really looking forward to being in Wales at the end of the month. Would love you to join the @eawalescymru team, @peterlynas & I as we meet together, hear what’s happening on the ground & share vision about the days ahead. Sign up for free here https://t.co/RdKOp6zkp4
After a fourth defeat in a row today for @AFCWimbledon it really is ‘squeaky bum time’ in terms of a potential relegation. Things looked so good a month ago. Looks like a tense few weeks ahead. Come on you Dons!
