Lots of challenge with emergency access and flow at the moment - so important that we look at those things that are in our gift to control. An interesting study from 2016 that suggests by discharging 80% patients by 11am hospitals can improve flow and reduced occupancy
@MgrAnonymous I would add the amazing innovation and testing of new ways of working both manage outpatient caseload and strwaliiing pathways for senior decision making. So many lessons learnt from this which will make our hospital and NHS stronger in the longer term
