#MilesGuo sacrifices his freedom to expose how deeply the US justice system has been infiltrated & weaponized by the CCP.
If America wants to be safer, stronger, and more prosperous, it should thoroughly investigate all 70+ legal cases against Mr. #MilesGuo.
#FreeMilesGuo
🙏Miles Guo is a political prisoner that the U.S. is holding on behalf of China. The prosecutors admitted in court that they worked with China in building their case.
🙏Miles Guo is an innocent man who’s being held in prison because the U.S. under Joe Biden was doing the dirty work of the Chinese Communist Party. Donald Trump needs to pay attention to this issue. At the very least, they could allow Miles Guo to be under house arrest at his home so that he can work with his lawyers to resolve this mess. Let’s get this man out of prison.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥June 30 - Yesterday, in the Southern District of New York, Judge Analisa Torres sentenced our beloved leader, Miles Guo, to 30 years in prison.
For the Chinese Communist Party and those who have long sought to silence one of its most prominent opponents, this may appear to be a temporary victory. But history will record something very different.
In the courtroom and across much of the media coverage that followed, the same narrative was repeated. Some even recycled the CCP’s past smears as proof: corruption, fraud, and victims. Yet the deeper contradiction was ignored.
The Rule of Law Foundation, founded in 2018 by the CCP’s No. 1 enemy, Miles Guo, to expose and confront the Chinese Communist Party, was portrayed as a scam despite ample evidence suggesting otherwise. The court echoed a claim that the foundation “did nothing for the Chinese people” — a claim we categorically reject.
In January 2020, the Rule of Law Foundation exposed COVID-19 as a lab-made virus originating from Wuhan. At a time when media outlets and powerful institutions dismissed this truth as a conspiracy theory, Miles Guo and the foundation sounded the alarm on the CCP’s military bio-research programs, gain-of-function experiments, and Beijing’s early cover-up of the outbreak. That warning helped save tens of millions of Chinese lives and played an important role in the White House’s decision to impose a travel ban on Communist China on January 31, 2020, during the earliest stage of this man-made crisis — a decision that saved countless American lives.
Materials released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on June 18, 2026, specifically named the Rule of Law Foundation and documented how its early work exposing COVID’s Wuhan lab origin was dismissed by media outlets and powerful institutions as “bogus.” Yet that work was not disinformation. It was an early alarm the world was told to ignore, and history has proven that dismissal wrong.
Miles Guo warned for years that the CCP’s influence and penetration in America extended far beyond politics, into intelligence, media, finance, and the justice system.
Justice was not served yesterday. It was used as a weapon against a man who dedicated his life to exposing the Chinese Communist Party.
They can sentence Miles Guo. They cannot sentence the truth. They cannot imprison what has already been exposed. They cannot stop the awakening that has already begun.
More people will see. More people will rise.
This fight has only begun, and the truth is on our side. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The illustration below captures a moment from June 29 in the Southern District of New York: Miles Guo, weakened in court, wearing translation headphones and holding tissues stained with blood. Several times in court, he used tissues to wipe his mouth after spitting blood, yet he remained calm, composed, and determined.
At the end of sentencing, the prosecutor repeatedly called Miles a conman and suggested, without evidence, that his sudden illness and bleeding were fake, a performance to delay sentencing.
Miles used his final words to correct the record.
He said the prosecutor’s claim had no factual basis. The prosecutor was acting like both doctor and judge, declaring that Miles was pretending to be sick and falsely claiming that only one marshal escorted him. Like everything else in this case, Miles said, it was not true. The court does not need to believe his words; it only needs to look at the cameras in the MDC, in the hospital, and in the court.
Then he told the court:
“I came to America to take down the CCP. More than 270 of my family members and colleagues were arrested. I lost billions, tens of billions. I thank Your Honor for everything you have done in this court. I will appeal.”
