𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀.

I was wrong.

Everyone talks about how AI will change project management. It's fast, it's smart. It can write reports, summarise risks, even build plans in seconds.

And yes, it’s truly impressive.

But it’s also a bit scary.

→ Here’s the inconvenient truth: AI doesn't know your specific project.
→ It wasn't in that corridor chat.
→ It doesn't get why that date absolutely cannot shift.
→ It won't understand why a stakeholder is digging their heels in, or why a risk just flipped red.

It spits out predictions. You still make the calls. You still have to manage.

That's why I poured everything into writing "The AI Assisted Project Manager."

This isn't about fancy prompts or selling you a miracle cure. It's about preserving your judgement.

→ It’s about building simple setups that let AI handle the boring stuff.
→ So you can actually lead.
→ Make real decisions.
→ Deliver what matters.

The project manager who simply uses the most AI won't win. The one who knows when to question it, challenge it, and steer it will.

AI isn't going to replace the best project managers. But it will definitely shine a spotlight on weak judgement quicker than you can imagine.

That's the big problem I'm trying to fix with this book.
