Building shippable products with React, TypeScript & modern web tech. I like elegant UIs, hard engineering problems. Not a viber a real engineer.

@gray_chromatic @colosseum @hencemarkets @IvanSN_ @sarthak_1806 @solana Some really solid projects there and many amazing ideas.

As co-founder of bskts I'm naturally bullish on that product 😉

Good luck to all the teams.

@orcdev What does T3 have over OpenCode?

I'm interested in changing harnesses - away from Claude Code and Codex.

Looking at migrating a big Typescript project to Effect.

Any tips or pointers?

Okay this is cool - good job @claudeai
This background effect is needlessly awesome and I appreciate it.

I've been working on https://t.co/Rg3Wpf4Rga

Check it out - it's the smart way to trade on-chain.

This looks fun - https://t.co/VPi7RSRHIU

But I don't these days Claude just says what it's doing or occasionally I get "thinking..."

[Gavin Jaynes @GavinJaynes]

Remember when Claude used to say things like:

Beeboppin...

or

Nebulizing...

or

Gallivanting...

New workflow unlocked. Use Opus 5.5 + Sol 6.1. One reviews the other.

I find Sol better for more complex, logical tasks and Opus better for more creative tasks. But both slay.

@theo Don't let bro see DHH's (Ruby on Rails guy) video. 😅

The industry has changed, flow state and the "craft" are gone. For better or worse.

[Gavin Jaynes @GavinJaynes]

I kind of feel Anthropic is a little self righteous with this. Maybe they are the "good guys" or maybe it feeds into Trump's "we need to beat China" Propaganda.

@OpenAI Love the energy, let's keep it light, ready to jump in when you are.

@shadcnlabs You should change your name since you have zero official affiliation with Shadcn.

[Gavin Jaynes @GavinJaynes]

Opus 5.5 is insanely good at making "one-shot" videos. Chances are your feed is full of them. This is the tipping point for video saturation across all platforms.

Introducing the Fewer Parts skill.

Chances are your frontend is carrying hand-rolled workarounds for problems the browser can now solve natively.

CSS, HTML and Web APIs have moved quickly. Agents, however, can still default to older and more verbose implementation patterns.

[Gavin Jaynes @GavinJaynes]

Fewer Parts was inspired by the excellent work published by Modern CSS (https://t.co/ioNifigsL2), along with the continuing improvements to the web platform highlighted through efforts such as Interop 2027.
