The antitrust trial over the Warner Bros./Paramount merger is officially set for March 2027.
Beginning September 30, Paramount will also be required to pay Warner Bros. shareholders $7 million per day until the merger is finalized.
Some PlayStation players are planning a PSBlackout from August 23–30, but a lot of fans don’t think it’ll make much difference.
The idea is don’t log into PSN, don’t play online, and don’t buy anything from the PlayStation Store for a week.

Paramount shareholders has filed a lawsuit against David and Larry Ellison seeking to block the proposed $111B Warner Bros. merger, alleging they struck an illegal side deal with President Trump to secure regulatory approval.
This marks the FOURTH lawsuit challenging the merger.
