@rpchc_action@kristynwongtam Why does @kristynwongtam not listed to her constituents and the community? We do not want or need more social services at this intersection. It’s to damn dangerous.
@Saria0008@GillianKolla@JohnTory@kristynwongtam Agreed! The people advocating for this don’t live here and shouldn’t get a say. More Condos are needed.
We need to put more social services and community housing in more affluent neighbourhoods so that people will will have a chance.
@AagPais@soupdogg9 @Diana_C_McNally @cityoftoronto Yeah I wonder where Scott and Diana live. Everyone is for social housing as long as it’s not in their backyard. #NIMBY only way you reduce inequalities is by putting the less fortunate in neighborhood that are affluent so that they get the same advantages of growing up as others
@Diana_C_McNally @cityoftoronto Just to be clear, I am part of this community and more social housing/services in this particular intersection would be a mistake. People are scared to walk by here and it is totally unsafe for families. It’s fine working here but if you don’t live here you don’t get a say.
@kristynwongtam As someone who live in this neighbourhood, I am extremely disappointed in the #nimby attitude politicians like @kristynwongtam and other who continue to push for social housing and services in these 4 city blocks. What’s wrong with Church/Wellesley and Trinity Bellwood’s etc 1/2
