@FracturedDivide @SupaNintendoGrl @johnblueriggs I lost 1.5 Stone between 6-8weeks doing this. Its more of a lifestyle change and mindset. Rather then a quick diet. Started 3days fasting (2-3liters of water a day & no extravagant exercise!) followed by 2 days ketosis diet. With then fasting every Monday (intermittent)
