@Google I downgraded off Android 14 beta back to 13 after it was too glitchy but it flashed my entire phone. I can't verify my account with the push notification to my pixel as it's been flashed without telling me it would. I need help I can't access my bank etc

I've tried the recovery etc but it won't work because 2/3 of the options require my Google pixel 7, it won't push the notification to the phone because it's flashed. My phone number is also out of date so the other verification option won't work
