Manchester United were quoted Moises Caicedo money (£115m+) when they pursued Carlos Baleba last year. They will sign him a year later for £65m+£5m.

Can't be a panic buy wheno the club has wanted to sign him for years & was priced out the move last year. He was quoted £80m earlier in the summer, he pushed for the move & his injury presented an opportunity.

Then Newcastle asked the question a week ago & got told to do one as the cherry on top of all this. Now let's go get that left back (maybe another signing after that, I hope?) & finish this summer.

Tottenham's ownership has invested £332.5m since May 2022, including £100m in late June & £100m in October 2025 - that's exactly what you want.

Spending £85m on Savinho & £56m on Marmoush, two Premier League players, note I didn't say proven, might not be the best way to spend it.

Keep in mind Marmoush is on £267k/€300k per week at City & he isn't taking a pay cut to move to Spurs. Savinho has two Premier League goals in two years.
