@AirCanada@CAE_Inc@NLAF09 That's great and all, but work on your customer service and attempting to compensate passengers who arrive a full day later than they were meant to as well
@AirCanada we got caught up with delays at Toronto etc and issued an overnight at a hotel, the airport rep said we get an option to book Uber there and back when we confirmed the hotel, but this didn't happen and had to pay ourselves. How can we get the Uber cost refunded? Thnks
