@CryptoNekoZ @tether Good outcome for crypto, but to be clear: Bitfinex settled without admitting wrongdoing wrt public disclosures, and paid a fine. This is a pretty typical outcome for an investigation into a financial services company. Bitfinex was not “deemed innocent” (except maybe by CT).
