Today (and everyday) we celebrate our countries aboriginal peoples. This year had brought up our countries devastating/traumatic and problematic past when 215 young children bones were found in Kamloops at a Residential “school”. Since then more have

been found and it is expected to be more. My own great grandmother attended one of these “schools”, but she never ever talked about it. We have to do better. Be the Canada we all want and need it to be. Let’s celebrate the culture. Listen to stories.
