Un an de prison, dont six mois ferme, pour « actes contre nature ». C’est la peine prononcée le 26 octobre contre deux hommes à Bamako.

Il s’agit de la première condamnation connue depuis la criminalisation des relations entre personnes de même sexe dans le pays, en décembre 2024.

Cette décision marque un tournant : la loi ne se contente plus de stigmatiser les personnes LGBT+, elle les expose désormais à l’emprisonnement.
