@StephenFarryND So sorry to read this. I hope you know that your intelligence and considered views represent so many of us across religious and cultural upbringings. You will be missed by many and I hope you take up another post where we feel your impact.
@AlexAndBooks_@williamcrawley My eldest daughter showed me the Instagram page and we now send those that we find particularly apt to each other. A few friends were surprised (given that I am a Psychologist), but they are so funny and sharing our humour is actually a lovely thing.
@DrKkerrigan @BelfastTrust Keith, hope your Dad continues to be in the mend. What a shock for you all and I’m so glad he received such amazing treatment and care. It’s humbling isn’t it? ((Hugs))
A systematic review of research on workplace breaks shows that:
1) Regular micro breaks can be better than longer breaks
2) Outdoor breaks & fresh air are better than indoor breaks
3) Scrolling social media is the most common break type but it creates emotional exhaustion
4) Spending a break with a furry companion is beneficial

@charlotte_sews I hope it goes easy on you. I recommend every episode of Gone Fishing - which helped me through 8 days of isolation. Plus Bob Mortimer’s book. Made me giggle.
