The transition to new Imprint card from old Shell card-total fiasco. I have called many times and It doesn’t work. I need a human so waited on hold numerous times. I was asked to put in my number for a callback. NO call. On hold over 1 hour and hung up and told to call back. HELP

AT&T credit balances on account - been asking for a refund for almost 7 months - they keep saying they will send a refund check but NEVER do. two accounts total $155. they are dishonest crooks!

Word to wise do NOT open a business bank account with Wells Fargo. They will not allow you to use remote deposit for 180 days!!! I have had a banking relationship with them for > 30 yrs but I’m now a criminal. I now have to drive 45 minutes to deposit my business deposits!!

@usbank just charged me $36 fee for an annual $90 fee on an equity line of credit. No notification of the fee so we could cover. I called to ask if they would reverse the fee since internal transfer and wasn't notified and the rep refused. Unbelievable.

@FlyFrontier You changed my reservation Q9RM5T Gayle Smith by 5 hours so I called customer service to cancel reservation and get full refund. I called 2/12/18 and was told I would receive a credit. i have NOT yet received my credit. Only received an email confirming reservation.

Wells Fargo issued new credit card and deactivated old one before i received Just spent 1 hour on phone, Ridiculous. Now i have NO card.
