C/o 2023 Point Guard with ALL the intangibles.
Smart, Hard Worker, Coach on the court. Great Teammate and Culture guy.
ELITE passer and ball handler!
Highlights from an incredible effort that came up just short vs #1 team in the state Grovetown in the Sweet 16. Our guys made unselfish plays all night! Seniors Jesse Gaynes, Austin Matlock, Garrett Ledford, Grant Erickson, and Ben Ritger left a huge impact on Marist Basketball!
Had a fantastic visit at Berry today and grateful to receive an offer to play @BerryMBB_. Thank you to both the coaches for taking time to talk to me about their school and campus. @team_harpring@WarEaglesBball@Relentless_Hoop

We’ve felt that Jesse Gaynes is undervalued for a while now. He backed that up on Saturday at the 2023 Select 80 with a very good showing. Was one of the best passers in attendance, scored when needed, made scrappy plays.

Team 2 blows out Team 1 in the 1st round at the 2023 Select 80 to advance to the semifinals. RJ Kennedy, Conner Tilley, Jesse Gaynes, Dylan Gustafson, and Elijah Fisher all had solid games to help them advance.
Took in a workout at Marist to start the morning, the War Eagles are coming off of a 21-win season in which they reached the 4A Final 4. They return some important pieces from last year’s group and have others that are expected to step up. Hampden Sydney was also here to watch.
Marist has moved up to 6A this year and will join what should be an interesting region.
Jesse Gaynes & Ben Ritger went a bit overlooked this summer but should have more schools checking them out. They impressed this morning. Marist has some other solid college prospects too.
'23 Jesse Gaynes @GaynesJesse of @WarEaglesBball made things happen! From shooting the 👌🏾, to the layup package, to dropping dimes all over, to defense and communication...Jesse made good things happen while he was in the floor.
@SEBARoundball
‘23 Jesse Gaynes (Marist) is showing his skill, quickness, and ability to be a floor general. Defends ball well. Guard prospect to watch for.
@WarEaglesBball@GaynesJesse
‘23 Grant Erickson is an ideal complimentary forward. He does his job & finishes efficiently in the paint.
He has 14p at the half in a match-up vs Loyalty United.
