@Beckspett22@THORPEPARK Isn’t it ridiculous? I asked for the criteria for how the decision is made and they couldn’t tell me! It’s insane that they can’t just accept that for whatever reason (weather/maintenance etc) certain rides won’t be open, but just apologise and offer the return guarantee!!
