5 weeks without a washer is a long ass time

I've had my brand new @hisense washer dryer since the end ov November.
It developed a fault in February. Reported 17th of Feb, 0800repair engineer attended 24th Feb,
24th of March, engineer due to attend to fix, no show.

To the value of my machine and the excess of the care pack, this will take another 3-5 days, then I need to order a new machine, so in total, I'm up to 35 days without a washer dryer. In a house with 2 kids under 6.
So why did I pay for the care package?
