@DominicFarrell I've been polling station presiding officer for a few years and I think that there is confusion. These people are observers, they can't interact with the voters. If family voting has taken place it's the presiding officers at fault as they should have stepped in and stopped it.

@DrChrisParry Unless the scheme is very different to our local one the agent can't apply for the landlord. Evidence has to be provided directly from the LL in order for them to be declared a "fit and proper" person.
