@danwootton Struggling to understand the inconsistency. Near catastrophic means exactly that. Near, but not. A near catastrophic asteroid collision can result in no collision, no arrests, no summonses and no injury. It doesn't mean it wasn't 'near'.

I keep suggesting for a person centred, menu based exercise and education programme in gm given the crossover of long term conditions. Sadly people forget vasc in that cluster.

@BinitaKane 22/23 we hope staff will be trained and embark on artp accreditation and most accredited by artp mar 23 although we have to accept people have to build a portfolio to be assessed. There is still some worry about artp but it has evolved for primary care staff.

@BinitaKane If pcns can agree a site in which QAS can be provided safely (air filtration, ppe etc) and to the desired standard by appropriately trained staff, they should crack on.

@BinitaKane Not sure what you mean by funding? We have funded a company to support training to ensure QAS training accreditation via national monies, and that will continue 22/23. Cdcs have their own funding but will take time to establish.

@BinitaKane In gm, spiro to be provided in pcn identified spokes/hublets and the cdcs. Were offering training and accreditation support to primary care physicians requiring it and have a contact email if needed. Also putting some £ to support equipment in those spokes.
