この1��間、ずっと暗い中で叫び続ける毎日でした。

声をかけ続け、返事がなくても、どんなに苦しくても叫び続けたよ。

そんななかでもライブの日にはみんなに会えて、いつも通りのthe GazettEの姿がそこにはあった。
その度に、ここまで一緒に歩いてきたファンに対してどうか誠実であってほしいと願い、想いを形にしても届くことはなかった。
悔しさと寂しさ、言葉にできない想いで何度も倒れそうになったけど
それでも俺たちは、この先the GazettEが無くなってしまう未来だけはみることができません。
2年前止まらないと誓った約束、ここまで支えてきてくれてるファンの想いに何度も救われました。

今日ここでみんなに伝えたことは決して簡単な決断ではなかった。
それでも俺たちは変わらない想いをもってthe GazettEを止めずにこの先へ進んでいきます。

これからも変わらず見守っていただけると幸いです。

このような報告をしなければならない結果に至ってしまった事を何より辛く、そして残念に思いながら己の無力さに、ただただ愕然と今日まで抗えない現実に向き合いながら過ごしてきました。

ただどんな時でも、皆の前で何度も誓った突き進んで行く覚悟を思��事で、こうやって今も俺たちは立ち続けていられる、そして自分だけの力ではどうにもならない時ほど心を支えて貰っているという実感ができます。

自分の胸の中に秘めた使命を今一度認識し、何があっても進むべき道、守るべき約束、そして未来。
これを全うする為にはどんな事があっても止まる事なく進んで行く、それこそが自分等が皆の思いに応えることが出来る唯一の手段でもあります。

これらの決意を胸に、24周年を迎えたthe GazettEはこれからも活動を継続してまいります。皆にはより良い作品やステージをお届けできるよう、これまで以上に力を尽くし、そして何より真摯に取り組んでまいりますので、これからもよろしくお願いします。
