@ToolstationUK I have spoken to a 3rd person today from toolstation, again they have told me “they expect another team member will call me with an update” this delivery is now over 3 weeks late and nobody can give me any information about my order?
Is this an acceptable response?

@ToolstationUK Absolutely ridiculous, spoke to your customer service who were very nice but utterly useless. Ordered on your website on 13th June and your site said delivered in 19 business days, we are now at 32 business days and still no news!Will not be purchasing from @ToolstationUK again!!
