@eircare @eir I'm just a little disappointed that in this day and age, you have a measly combined (up/down) cap of 1TB, where cloud storage(Backups), streaming and big digital media is consumed daily, and no way of extended said cap...

@eir @comreg @The_ASAI Can you explain why i was not notified via text/email? as you are quiet capable of doing so when my bill/payment is due. Not only is your advertising miss-leading but you do not even inform customers of the CAP of the "Unlimited" product.

@eir On checking my bill today i got a nice surprise of over-usage charges on an "Unlimited" product. I was not told about the CAP of 1TB on my "Unlimited" broadband when signing up nor was i notified when i exceeded said cap last month. Continued in comments.. @comreg @The_ASAI
