@Sflecce Why is it that teachers are being made to stand up for the rights of children in the public school system? Doesn’t this seem odd? I guess if the government isn’t willing to do it, we have to because we care about them. Ontario kids deserve better than this. SHAME on this gov😢
@Catlin_Tucker Immediate feedback is the only method I’ve found that works to move students forward. I’ve pretty much given up on trying to do it afterwards. I’ve asked students the next day about how to improve their work & they just read what I’ve written. I give feedback during guided groups

Next week we recognize Children's Mental Health Week. Wed. May 8th is Shine Green for Mental Health Day and we encourage all students to wear green that day in support of awareness of the importance of children's mental health. Staff will be wearing green too. #GBASOARS
