@egi_nupe The is one the office policy that creat a conducive to work with peace of mind with enough time to do something else. No worker would want to leave except absolutely necessary. Weldone.
@WOkene Hypocrites , they will never post this one, they think to win Lagos by media war, painting everything about the state in negative light not knowing that their bias criticism is doing more good than harm while their own region which they refused to criticize remains backward
@talk2veee The most brutal and wicked ways of killing even in the bible was first used by a woman and it was never repeated again ,she fed her victim with milk and then nailed his head to the floor while he was asleep.
I’m a ginger farmer, so let me clear this up quickly 👇🏽
First of all, the ginger you’re holding is not imported.
That is actually one of the highest-quality ginger varieties in the world, grown right here in Nigeria.
And funny enough, most imported ginger are actually cheaper than this one. So why is this one ₦500 for such a small piece?
Simple:
1. It is very expensive to produce.
The seed alone for just 1 acre of this particular ginger can cost up to ₦15 million+.
2. International demand is very high.
This ginger is highly sought after in the export market because of its quality, so naturally, high demand pushes the price up.
3. Very few farmers actually grow this variety.
So you have a product that is expensive to grow, limited in supply, and heavily demanded. Of course the price won’t be cheap.
So that “small piece” you’re holding is not just ginger it’s a premium work of art with serious production cost behind it,so don’t expect to buy quality cheap 😅.
anyways if you can’t afford it there are cheaper variants available in the market, like the white benue ginger,it is way cheaper than this.
But let me ask you: if Nigerian farmers are producing one of the best gingers in the world, should it still be this expensive in our local market?
@HighChiefOkoro Empty pride will be his undoing, funny thing though is Nigeria will not miss a bit if he is jailed, no one will notice. Where are the NMK noise makerd today?
