Bolt and InDrive need to call their drivers to order. Their business MO is now ridiculous.

You’ll book a ride for let’s say 7k, driver will accept the ride, pick your call and tell you he can’t go for that amount, that is it either 10k or nothing.

Almost all their drivers do this. Is that how the business now work? What is the whole point of using a booking app if you still have to negotiate price with the drivers?

Secondly, a lot of their drivers will ask you to cancel the ride so they can ride offline. This is ridiculous. Are the business owners even aware of this?
