A Democrat who voted for the Adult Survivors Act — the law that let E. Jean Carroll sue Trump over a decades-old claim — now says that same law is unconstitutional.
Because he got sued under it.
NY Sen. Kevin Parker (D-Brooklyn) is still fighting a civil rape lawsuit filed Nov. 17, 2023 by Olga Jean-Baptiste. She says that in 2004, after she helped his office with Haiti flood relief, he came to her apartment for photos, grabbed her wrists, pulled her into the bedroom, and raped her. She says she never consented.
Parker: “Absolutely untrue.”
Then he voted YES so people could “seek justice and be heard.”
Then he got hit.
Then the law became “unconstitutional.”
Parker’s record:
• 2005: charged with assault after punching a traffic agent
• 2011: convicted of smashing a NY Post photographer’s camera
• 2018: tweeted “Kill yourself!” at a GOP staffer
He is still in office. Still chairing a committee. Still on the 2026 ballot.
Rules for thee. Not for him.

The @wnba has a major legal problem. They already allowed a player who identified as a man to play in the league for years. They celebrated it publicly. So how can they keep @EnesFreedom & @Highway_30 out now. Read & share this: https://t.co/snCpxHxhvp
