Buu (Gohan) should be stronger than Kid Buu because his power comes only from himself.

But of course, if the creator (Toriyama) states that Kid Buu is strongest form then I will find a way to manage his BP in my game.

As expected of this legendary game! DBZ Buu's Fury Map is accurate! Even though this game is older than DBZ Attack of the Saiyans, DBZ AoTS's map is so disappointing, even though its game is the best so far in the WT23-Saiyan saga.
