@united Will do, but still, why close the flight early? I understand things happen, delays cause missed connections. But this didn’t need to happen. The flight at the next gate, also a 9:05 departure, waited for their passenger. I watched while asking why I couldn’t board.

@united terrible experience. Plane issue delayed 2.5 hours at CID. Connect in ORD at 9:05. Told to be at the gate by 9. Ran, there at 8:55. Door closed. Got a crappy sorry from the agent, a night at roadside motel, and a flight 24 hours later. Why close the flight early?
