A scalable, arbitrary-weighted Heisenberg-limited distributed quantum phase sensing protocol with minimal resources using continuous-variable inputs is theoretically proven.
We show that this ability can only be achieved with a minimum of two single-mode quantum states, one being a coherent state, the other a nonclassical state. We obtain a universal lower bound of the sensitivity and demonstrate the reconfigurability for estimating global functions.
