Big thanks to @ltx_io featuring our latest workflows! Using IC-LoRA, we help automotive teams rapidly iterate on lighting and environments, turning raw renders into client ready visuals without compromising specs or asset privacy.
In the automotive design process, holding product consistency across creative iteration is non-negotiable.
How do you iterate with speed and quality while keeping the product spec unchanged? Gear Productions used LTX to turn viewport renders into polished visuals while keeping the vehicle design and camera consistent across versions.
Generative AI tools for design & visualization, on your own hardware. Sketch to render, image to video, image to 3D and many more, all in one install. Nothing leaves your building.

Let's play a little game. 🕵️
For a week, Porte de Versailles metro station in Paris hid a car in plain sight. One clue a day, never the whole thing.
Our CGI team provided services for this @Citroen campaign, so we've been looking forward to sharing it. Watch the clues and share your guess, or your thoughts, in the comments.

I trained a bunch of image models for SDR-to-HDR, only to realize @ltx_io 2.5 does it perfectly and fast!
With tiled fusion it runs at any resolution, and the same goes for upscaling/refining.
Never imagined a video/world model would be my go-to for image upscaling and HDR.
The last drop of VFX Week: Alpha Gen (Beta).
Give it an ordinary RGB clip and get back an alpha matte that matches your plate frame for frame. No green screen, no masks, no prompt.
Built for the edges that are hard to key or roto: hair, fur, smoke, fire, glass, water. 🧵
New feature sneak peek.👀
Can you imagine The Thinker in snow boots? Meshy can make it happen.
Select a specific area and type what you want to change. 3D creation is about to get easier and more fun.

Great conversation between our CTO @MedOumoumad and @heydoughogan, digging into production-ready LTX VFX workflows!
From SDR-to-HDR pipeline integration to alpha mattes and native resolution output, bringing generative AI control into real studio pipelines.

For years, AI-generated video has been stuck in 8-bit SDR. The clips look fine as they are, but a colourist has almost nothing to work with: the brightest parts of the frame are already clipped to white, and pulling the exposure down just turns lamps and windows into flat grey shapes.
LTX's updated SDR to HDR, released this week as part of VFX Week, changes that. It turns 8-bit footage into 16-bit EXR in ACEScg and rebuilds the highlight and shadow detail a grade needs, so generated shots can go through a real finishing pipeline and sit alongside camera footage in the same timeline.
This one is personal for us. The research behind it, LumiVid, was co-authored by our CTO Mohamed Oumoumad together with the @ltx_io research team and Tel Aviv University. The key idea: store HDR in a logarithmic encoding used in cinema cameras, and an existing video model can learn HDR through lightweight fine-tuning, without being rebuilt.
Mohamed also applied the same technique to still images with LumiPic, which turns an SDR picture into an HDR EXR inside ComfyUI.
In our new blog post, we cover how it works, what it changes in production, and where to try it, along with its counterpart Native HDR for footage shot in HDR:

VFX Week drop two. First we have the updated SDR to HDR.
Most AI video tools hand you 8-bit files. They look fine on a phone, but your colorist has nothing to push.
SDR to HDR turns 8-bit footage into 16-bit EXR in ACEScg and rebuilds highlight and shadow detail for the grade. 🧵
We've gotten so used to making content for mobile feeds that it's easy to forget what the big screen demands. For AI video, true high-resolution output has been the bottleneck: shrink the plate, edit it, scale it back up, and lose the detail you shot 4K for.
@ltx_io just broke that barrier and opened VFX Week with three tools built to fix that:
Native Resolution: AI edits directly on 4K and 8K plates and long shots, running on consumer hardware.
Refine: rebuilds the texture, edges and grain a standard resize misses.
Restore: takes archive footage (540p transfers, tape, black-and-white) to 4K with a modern digital look.
Restore is the one we keep coming back to. There's a lot of footage out there that could finally make it onto modern screens.
All three run as ComfyUI workflows, and the IC-LoRA weights for Refine and Restore are open on Hugging Face. In the clip, a 4K beach plate is flooded with the Water Simulation IC-LoRA while the sand, lettering and skyline keep their full detail.

What would you use a workflow like this for?

Finally! A working video tiled workflow for infinite resolution is finally here. You can now get best-in-class video upscaling AND pass your native high-res footage through any IC LoRA without worrying about size limits. Another huge bottleneck broken with
@ltx_io.
Introducing Native Resolution, the first VFX Week drop, plus two new IC-LoRAs: Refine and Restore.
Native Resolution runs AI edits on 4K and 8K footage and long shots. Overlapping tiles keep the fine detail, all on a single GPU. 🧵
Between a 3D viewport and a presentable image there's usually a long chain: materials, lighting, rendering. For a design review, that can take days.
Viewport to Render skips straight to the finished look, and keeps the design you actually modelled.
