My father has a Harrier Diesel and a very recently bought Harrier EV.

Today he had to travel for approx 700kms, from Western UP to eastern UP side. And he chose Harrier diesel for it. He is a 60 year old person, still not comfortable enough to plan a route by juggling through many apps. Not everyone is tech savy. Specially the people in small towns.

Sunder bhai is right. More than car range, it's the charging infra that needs a fix. And a common platform is needed which can be used to access all the chargers. That will make the EV adoption easier.
