@Stankspank1 @warrenShirley15 the supplemental briefings that were submitted yesterday the injunction likelyhood does shrink a bit down from 60% to around 40% dateline hiring the heavy hitters for legal support was a very good call on their part. I’m no lawyer but with some research they have a good chance.

@Jamesookj @AuCreek The proposal is basically an insurance policy if the injunction does go through, it’s very common to make this kind of proposal since going into thing thinking it’s a slam dunk is irresponsible. It basically says how they will stop work vs being told how to stop work.

@Malone_Wealth Honestly my biggest things would be building out everything as if it is going to need to be serviced or remodeled in the future, like access panels in closets that abut a shower so the valve can be replaced. Things like this will save you tons of money in the future on repairs.
