But the stone was very, very friendly! Of course, the treatment of the fragments will be challenging! And, a lot of time consuming! After our experience, the second look is imperative!

We cannot concept now-a-days (after >1 year) a renal stone disintegration without flexible access sheath (Ex,: ClearPetra Wellead) and, of course, with suction! We consider that it is absolutely necessary to give to the patient the chance to obtain the real “stone-free”!

Our everyday endourological activity! Using especially 7.5 Fr. fURSs! With different types of Access Sheaths with suction. Or No Touch Technique. Or 6.3 Fr. fURS, the latest HugeMed. Or Pusen PU 3033AH 7.5 with suction or PU 400, 5.1 Fr. working channel. More 25,000 URS in 30 y!

2019, 2021 and 2024 are moments of great progress and new horizonts in ureteroscopic urinary stone treatment!
So, I can conclude that my experience with Pusen single-use flexible urteroscopes gave already in hundreds of patients a better life without stones!

So 2021 brought an impressive progress and new horizons in urinary stone treatment! Huge increase of indications and less complications!
In 2024 we introduced the newest Pusen 3033AH 7.5 F with suction. Now one of my dream from more than 30 years became reality!

We celebrated in February 2024, 5 years of Pusen single use flexible ureteroscopes using! We started in 2019 with PU 3022a, 9.2 F. It was, at that time, an important step of our everyday flexible ureteroscopy procedures. In 2021 we introduced the new single-use 7.5 F. PU 3933A.
