The LDC 2050 vision is driving effective locally led adaptation through the @LDC_LIFEAR, which is delivering grants to local councils & communities in pilot countries, including Malawi. 70% of the resources will go directly to most hit areas. #LDC2050 #Resilience #ClimateAction
