@BenjaminDEKR If cooling is a big issue, why not just buy a used aircraft carrier with mini nuclear power plant and dock it in Alaska. Cheaper to upgrade and maintain too. If aircraft carrier is not available, any cargo ship or oil tanker can be converted into a floating data center.
