For the first time ever, information about our American owners is public. The top 20 list of shareholders consists almost entirely of new American owners.

A year ago, we had exclusively Swedish shareholders, but in less than a year, over 30% of the company is now owned by Americans. While it's exciting to have American investors, it's unfortunate that Sweden doesn't see the potential that the Americans do. Never before has a medtech company with such clear potential been valued so low, which explains the significant American takeover.

We’ve barely scratched the surface... A billion-dollar company in the making.

@acarixtweet is breaking new ground in the US. The company is laying a solid foundation for success, and all signs point to us witnessing Sweden’s next big export success in medical technology.

In July, we’ll get the CMS decision regarding Ambulatory Services. We’re hopeful that our product will be on the list of approved devices.

We have several @VeteransHealth regions currently in the process of procuring #CadScor through Critical Pathway, with a decision expected imminently.

We are in ongoing negotiations with the largest IDNs in the USA and anticipate these deals to be signed shortly.

The chief cardiologist for St. Vincent, Jacksonville, FL, is a senior key advisor and major shareholder in Acarix. The hospital is part of Ascension, the third-largest IDN in the US. I expect Ascension to become a customer of Acarix, potentially making it a key account with over 1,500+ facilities that could implement #CadScor.

There is an incredible amount in the pipeline for Acarix right now, and the company is gaining tremendous traction in the USA.
