Team Brody/Aesch getting a practice round in as golf courses have just opened. The duo are determined to stay sharp and on their game during the preseason. #OPGL

Thoughts on your rivalry with Jon Yurk?
“I have many harsh words but I fear I might get sued. No comment.”

Always great talking with Ben. Wish him success in this years season.

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

Had some time earlier to catch up with an old friend of mine and veteran golfer Ben Atkins on his thoughts on the upcoming OPGL season!

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

You guys think you could be a Cinderella story?
“Not necessarily but I think we are feared by most of the league and it won’t be a surprise to anyone if we make a run”

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

@oak_est Almost that time... #OPGL #roadtoglory #GEEB

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

Breaking news out of the @oak_est: Team Cipp/Perla see a setback as @SamCipparrone has just learned he has suffered a severe lower body injury. X-Rays came back negative and is listed to Day to Day. We will see how this impacts his play in the early weeks of the season.

Preseason player analysis: BB7
Strengths: 7 Iron/pitching wedge
Weaknesses: Driver/Staying focused

GEEB rating: 6/10
-consistency is name of the game for BB7. One bad shot leads to another and he needs to be able to stay dialed in throughout the season.

4/28 OPGL recap: -Sam Schrotd suspended for season. -Sam Schrodt is then hired by OPGL. -Original 8 teams announced Thats it for the night folks. Be back tmrw with more OPGL news!

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

@sschrodt14 Keep hitting your dank vape kid. Praying for you and hope that you come out of this a better man. You are in denial and one day you will realize what you have become.

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

@chuckwest20 @oak_est Not big, HUGE. Schrotd was on his way to be bring a legitimate contender as well. Props to commissioner @guillot_sam for doing the right thing.

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

@chuckwest20 @oak_est Could not agree more. If Cipp can keep his nerve I think him and Perla will challenge for the title. If not, going to be a long season for the duo. BB7 is known to be an avid trash talker and we will have to see if he uses it to his advantage.

[Geeb Johnson @GeebJohnson]

Just got off the phone with Sam Schrotd. “I am not going to appeal this suspension. I am going to take this time to better myself. I am not proud of who I’ve become but I will come out of this a better man. I apologize to all my fans and will be back stronger”
