Spirit Blessed Living: Your Peace Is Not Up For Debate
Stop explaining your peace to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
Some situations don't need your input. They need your silence and your prayer.
Philippians 4:7 says it "surpasses all understanding." It's not supposed to make sense to everyone. It's not up for a vote.
Guard it like your life depends on it. Because it does.
This week, stop arguing. Walk away. Protect your peace like it's non-negotiable.
who or what have you had to stop explaining yourself to this week?
@JoyceMeyer Past, Present and futures sins are all forgiven in Christ, and we bear them now more. Remember not the former things ...
Jesus paid the price in full!❤️🙏
@TheresaArueyin1 Everyone pls let the love of God be shed abroad our hearts by his Spirit for God is love.❤️
Open to X friendship, partnership and collaboration.
God does not need us to fight battles He has promised to handle. Our role is to remain faithful, walk in integrity, and trust Him to reveal the truth in His own time. When God is your defender, you don’t have to prove yourself to people. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. Exodus 14:14
Grace changes everything. We don’t work to earn God’s love; we respond to the love He has already freely given. We come to Him broken, and He does the restoring. We come empty, and He fills us with His life. “By grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” Ephesians2:8
One of the greatest lessons prayer teaches us is this: prayer isn't about getting God to agree with us. It's about bringing our hearts into agreement with Him.
The Father isn't reluctant to bless you. He isn't waiting to be convinced to love you. He already proved His love through Jesus Christ.
Prayer doesn't change God's character. It changes our posture.
We leave His presence with greater peace, clearer perspective, and deeper trust.
📖 Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. Matthew 6:8. Selah
Pray with me;
Father, thank You for being a good and faithful Father. Today, I surrender my plans, my worries, and my desires to You. Align my heart with Your will, lead me by Your Spirit, and help me trust Your wisdom above my own. May my life bring glory to Jesus in all I do in Jesus name. Amen.
Truth to Carry Today
Prayer isn't where we pressure God to move. It's where we learn to trust the God who never stops working.
what's one thing you've been trying to convince God to do, that maybe He's just asking you to trust Him with instead?
Amen. Offenses are inevitable, but unforgiveness is a choice. The enemy may use hurt to plant bitterness, but the Spirit of God empowers us to respond with grace, love, and forgiveness. A healed heart is a heart that refuses to let yesterday’s wounds hinder tomorrow’s purpose. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23)
@ChristisKing Amen. God’s peace is not dependent on perfect circumstances; it is the supernatural assurance that comes from trusting a perfect God. When we surrender our worries to Him, His peace guards our hearts and minds beyond what human understanding can explain. Isaih 26:3
Trials are not meant to break us they are opportunities for our faith to be strengthened and our character to be refined. Those who remain steadfast in Christ will discover that God is faithful through every season. The reward belongs to those who keep trusting Him. “Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.” (Revelation 2:10) 🙏
One of the clearest signs of spiritual growth is this: you start choosing what's right over what's convenient.
The flesh asks, "what's easiest for me?"
The Holy Spirit asks, "what glorifies Christ?"
Kingdom wisdom teaches us that every decision is shaping someone. If not your circumstances, then your character.
Every act of obedience strengthens your walk with God.
Every compromise weakens your spiritual sensitivity.
Never underestimate the power of one obedient decision. Today's private obedience often becomes tomorrow's public testimony.
📖 If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land. Isaiah 1:19
Live It Today
When you're faced with a choice today, don't ask "what's easiest?"
Ask "what would honour Jesus?"
Choose obedience, even when no one's watching. God is far more interested in who you're becoming than in what you're achieving.
Truth to Remember
Every decision is a seed. Wisdom plants what tomorrow will harvest.
what's one small "nobody's watching" decision you're facing right now where obedience feels harder than convenience?
@sheilatebra It's not! I see a God who creates great and mighty things with purpose, order, intentionality, authority and power. Alot to see and learn in two chapters.
A sobering truth. God did not call us to remain spiritual infants but to grow into maturity in Christ.
A healthy walk with God is marked by deeper understanding, greater surrender, and a life that reflects Jesus more each day. “Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 3:18) ✝️
Wow .What a profound truth. Jesus didn’t just come to rescue us from sin; He came to restore our relationship with the Father. The Son of God took on humanity so we could receive the identity of sons and daughters of God through faith. “But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God.” (John 1:12)
@Paula_White I love the part that reads; When you give, when you serve, when you show up, you are the hands of God at work in someone else's story. My God, this is the word for me❤️🌟.
God bless you for sharing Paula White.
