In the meantime, I'm out $400 plus a $400 replacement bat so my son has a bat to use for his season. Is this your usual level of CS support? And bat quality? The bat broke after 3 mo, right before his season started.

Call again, 1+ hour wait time. CS said 5/24 they'd be in stock, they'll order/use our voucher and send the bat. I've heard nothing. Currently on hold AGAIN. Fully expecting 1+ hour wait. Ridiculous!
