Geek's Of Watford

The world's most punk rock comic shop! And a huge array of toys too - vintage to new. We specialise in back issues and Star Wars - come hang out at Geek's!

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Our first ever comic con is really starting to come together...but we need some comic writers/artists to make it awesome! Who wants to join us at WatConOne on March 30th?

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

It's a new #DoctorWho tonight and it's Doctor Who month at the shop! Here's a quick word from a former Doctor to tell you why you should visit us! #GeeksOfWatford @SawbonesHex

We're still looking for artists kind enough to contribute a poster image for our charity event to help homeless young people. Artists, help!

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Comic Artists! I need you for a fantastic cause! Yes it's a cheeky cry for a freebie to help homeless young people aged 16-24. Get in touch!

@missskinb Sorry! We've never opened on Mondays! We're also having a bit of a redecorate so you'd only end up all painty.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@Marvel the new #SpiderMan flick looks rad... but we'd have called it 'Spider-Man: TropeCounting' #SpiderManHomecoming #ClubTropeicana

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@WWE After careful consideration, my housemate and I both agree that it's time to bring back the Weasel Suit Match. Soon please. Thank you.

So me and the intern just accidentally wrote the GREATEST THRILLER OF ALL TIME! We will undoubtedly have forgotten it by tomorrow.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

The intern can't decide on his Hip-Hop name. He's torn between 'Nefarious Gubbins' or 'Nutella the Hun'

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@DoctorUlysses @tweetsauce @E_I_T love it!

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

If you're anything like us, you'll know that old school #horror #vhs is rad - and we've got tons of it. 20 mins from Euston too - come see!

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

The intern (halfway through a mince pie when his face changes) 'it's not mince pies I like... it's pork pies'

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@gojacksongo oh yeah we'll be there. We're all too good looking to deprive the good people of Watford comic con a glimpse at our boats!

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@gojacksongo I found them on Facebook - I'll see if I can dig out a link for you.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

@gojacksongo Brum horror con looks pretty good next Feb - we're going but just as punters.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Gutted to hear about the passing of Ron Glass. He was a huge part of our favourite show ever.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Narrowly beating our Saturday lad who just did an interpretive dance version of Tom Hanks in Castaway

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Today we witnessed greatness as the intern re-enacted the entire LOTR trilogy in under a minute in interpretive dance.

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

Jordan needs help deciding on her next post (and doing an Aunt May/Mary Jane mash-up was apparently 'silly') vote here! https://t.co/j0Pwfu0jgj

What should my next blog post be about?

[Geek's Of Watford @GeeksOfWatford]

This copy of #DCVertigo title #BooksOfMagic clearly has Deirdre Barlow on the cover.
